Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Event Listify mobile application together with related services operated by PERFECT WAY CONSTRUCTION LTD (collectively, the “Application”). PERFECT WAY CONSTRUCTION LTD is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as a temporary IP address may be transmitted in order to facilitate network connectivity, but this information is not retained or used for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
Do third parties have access to information obtained by the Application?
Because the Application does not collect personal information in ordinary use, the Service Provider does not share personal information with third parties. If you contact the Service Provider directly, your communication may be used solely to respond to your request or maintain legitimate administrative records.
Opt-out rights
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention
The Application itself does not retain personal information because such information is not collected in normal use. If you voluntarily send personal information directly to the Service Provider — for example, through an email enquiry — that information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain administrative records or comply with legal obligations. Once no longer needed, the Service Provider will delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information that you voluntarily submitted directly to the Service Provider by contacting declan7fletcher@gmail.com. The Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete relevant information unless retention is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has provided personal information directly, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information promptly.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information it may receive directly. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version of this policy together with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be made available upon request.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing described in this Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent that you provided directly, you may withdraw that consent at any time for future processing.
